ご予約後、お客様のご都合により取り消しになる場合は下記のキャンセル料がかかりますことをご了承ください。
海況などによるキャンセルは除きます。
Cancellation Policy
In the event that a reservation is cancelled for the customer’s convenience after the reservation has been made, please understand that the following cancellation fees will apply.
What is the customer’s reason?
Cancellation due to illness, tardiness, etc.
Cancellation due to sea conditions is excluded.
キャンセルチャージ
アクティビティ開催日の2日前までの取り消し：無料
アクティビティ開催日の前日の取り消し：50％
（前日の午前中までのご連絡の場合のみです。）
アクティビティ開催日の当日の取り消し：100％
（前日の午後からのご連絡の場合、当日扱いとなります。）
Cancellation Charge
Cancellation up to 2 days prior to the activity date: Free of charge
Cancellation the day before the activity: 50% of the total amount
(only if cancellation is made by the morning of the day before the activity)
Cancellation on the day of the activity: 100% of the fee
(If the cancellation is made by the afternoon of the day before the activity, it will be treated as a cancellation on the day of the activity.)
In the case of diving, the same cancellation fee will be applied to boat boarding fees and rental equipment.
